Our 6-stage certified protocol is the same on every job. It's what separates a proper cleaning from a quick rinse.
Drain
Complete water removal using industrial-grade pumps. The tank is fully emptied before any cleaning begins. This exposes the full extent of sediment, sludge, and buildup on all surfaces.
Scrub
Every wall and floor surface hand-scrubbed to break down algae, biofilm, and mineral deposits. This is the step most cleaners skip. There's no machine that replaces manual scrubbing for getting into corners and removing stubborn buildup.
Pressure Wash
High-pressure water jets blast away everything the scrubbing loosened. Every corner, every crevice, every inlet and outlet pipe gets hit. The combination of manual scrubbing followed by pressure washing is what makes the difference.
Disinfect
Food-grade, biodegradable anti-bacterial agent applied to all surfaces. This kills remaining bacteria, prevents regrowth, and ensures the tank is safe for potable water. No harsh chemicals, no residue.
Rinse
Final clean water rinse to flush out all cleaning agents, loosened debris, and disinfectant residue. The tank is left completely clean and ready to refill immediately.
Certify
Timestamped before and after photos taken and documented. The complete photo report is shared with you on completion. This is your proof that the work was done properly. No other cleaning service in Bangalore does this as standard.
